土日問い合わせ不可。祝日休み。
緊急ダイヤル無し。
電話しても繋がりにくい。
フリーダイヤルではない。
今までの町の不動産会社では有り得ない事が一気に起こりました。
(今までの不動産会社は、困り事があると直ぐに電話もつながり、飛んできてくれていたので。)
賃貸しかわかりませんが、大手の縛りがあるのか融通きかない。
親身になってもらえず、淡々としていて、他人事のように対応される。
入居前に知っておいて欲しいこと
※家賃の1%を毎月保証料として支払い。
※必須/保証委託事務手数料22,000円。
管理対応に悲しい思いしかしていません。
故障、不具合に関して、
女性単身にはあまりお勧めしたくないです。
