朱	朱竹すずめ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 園城寺（三井寺）の北院で唯一残る寺院で東海自然歩道沿いに位置します。眼下は市役所や皇子山運動公園などフェノロサが日本を去る頃から拡張された旧陸軍跡地になります。フェノロサが愛した寺院や風景で有ったりと期待が高まりますが空爆で文化財を消失するなど被害を受けていたり大津の街も変貌していますので当時を偲ぶのは難しいかと思います。門前の修験滝の水で石段や東海自然歩道まで泥濘んでしまっている荒れ果てようです。墓に通じる庭（三井寺の院に観られる庭園では無い）も林化しておりお墓へお参りする方の為に有料（１００円）で公開されているように感じます。 It is the only remaining temple in the north temple of Onjoji (Mitsui-ji) and is located along the Tokai Nature Trail. The temple has a lot of potential to great attraction for the local area, but unfortunately the owners seem to not care about maintaining the grounds. A few years ago the pond underwent some "maintenance", but it looks like it was a very amateur job. Sludge from the dredging was dumped into a ravine and nearly overran a popular hiking trail. The unsightly scars from the "maintenance" remain. Trees and bushes were literally butchered to death.
