醍	醍醐優 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 良い割烹やでした。食材もいろいろ面白い。店主の父上がとってくるという若竹や自家製のからすみ、ふぐの白子これが、同じ時期に出てくるというのも面白い。青森ではボラは唐揚げにしたりしてよく出てくるけど卵は捨てるそうでいくらでも貰ってこれるとか、青森でふぐというのも驚きだけど夏前に白子？？？　水温が低いからでしょうか。　確か魚市場にも立派な天然とらふぐが売られているのを目にしました。　こちらでは東京はじめ関西よりずっと安いそうです。いろいろ面白い。 It was a good cooking. 大	大澤和久 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 年に4,5回程度は八戸を訪れているのですが、その際には移動の利便性を考えて八戸駅前のホテルを利用することも多く、毎回晩ごはん探しに悩んでいたのですが、予約次第ですが、これからは悩まなくてすみそうなお店でした❗?。予約の際には苦手な食材を聞いてくれました❗?。苦手ズラリのボクとしては有り難くはありましたが、全部言ったら・・･⁉️? おまかせのコース料理を提供してくれるのですが、初めての訪問でしたので6千円のコースをお願いしてみました❗️?。早食いのボクにはもう少し間隔を詰めて貰ってもいいかな⁉️、と思いましたが、前菜から食事、デザート迄９０分程度でしたから、お酒と会話を楽しみながらの食事には手頃な感じかもしれませんね❗?。因みに、今晩のご飯はホヤと枝豆の釜炊きご飯でしたが、食べられなかった分はお握りにして貰いました❗?。ありがとう❗? 先ずは、訪ねてみて損はない料理に出逢えると思いますので、チャンスがあれば訪ねてみては⁉️?。 I visit Hachinohe about four or five times a year, but at that time I often use the hotel in front of Hachinohe Station for the convenience of transportation, so I was worried about finding dinner every time.
