や	やまてぃー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 八戸出張の夕食です。宿泊先の東横インの近隣でしたのでラーメンをチョイス。コロナ禍中、繁華街への出歩き禁止と会社より言われてます。チャーシュー麺をチョイス。味はよくある中華そばで悪くないですが、いかんせんぬる過ぎる涙猫舌の私に気を遣ってくれたのかな笑餃子は肉肉しい味わいで好きですが、コスパ（400円）は...ですね。ラーメン以外にイカ刺しなどの摘みもありますので、まだまだ可能性は無限大です。ごちそうさま。 Supper for a business trip to Hachinohe. r	ri sfd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022/02/04 新幹線の待ち時間に利用しました。夕食時でしたが先客はありませんでした。味噌チャーシュー麺と餃子をいただきました。味噌チャーシュー麺の野菜が炒め野菜になっており、スープに香ばしさがプラスされてとても美味しかったです。ゆで野菜よりも炒め野菜のほうが味噌ラーメンにはあっていて良いなと思います。餃子もジューシーなタイプで満足です。八戸らしくイカ刺しなどもあるようで、軽く一杯やっていくにも良いお店だと思います。 2022/02/04 I used it to wait for the Shinkansen. We have miso ramen and nigri pork ramen, both were delicious, right “el dante” texture and full of ingredients. Unique favor on miso soup and harmonious black pepper spicy soup are really the gem. Should earned 5 stars from me but both soup base were a bit too salty which was not my cup of tea, and I could not finish the soup as compliment to the chef is a pity. Highly recommend when you pass by the place.

K	Khanh Khong (TeknoXI) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small little Ramen shop. We had the Tonkotsu-Negi (Pork-Spring Onion) Ramen. It was delicious. What sets it apart from others is that there's lots of black pepper in the soup to give a lot of peppery aroma but not too much spice. Also had an order of yummy gyoza. You mix the dipping sauce from the soy sauce and vinegar bottle at the table. Would recommend!
