★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お腹の空いたお昼時にふらっと立ち寄ったり、仕事終わりに家族でお世話になったりしています。店主はお店を開いて、もう４０年ほどお仕事をなさっているそうです。握りは寿司職人ならではの艶が感じられます。特に鮭の握りは表面が炙ってあるためか、良い香りがします。
When I'm hungry, I stop by at random and take care of my family at the end of work. The shopkeeper has opened a shop and has been working for about 40 years. Nigiri feels the luster unique to a sushi chef. Especially the handful of persimmon has a good smell, probably because the surface is covered.
