 I made a phone call, but no one answered even after about 5 minutes during business hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a dish shelf for the kitchen but when I completed building it I recognized that there were spaces between each shelves (like 4-5mm) which I didn’t like it so I brought it back to the store next day but they had a look at it and told me that that’s not considered as a defect (absolutely lie as it’s super obvious that’s a defect one). They didn’t have anything left so they asked me whether I wanna change it with the displayed one. I agreed to check it but the shelves are tighter than the one I built but it was pretty dusty. After all, I asked them whether I can return it and they said they can refund only half of what I paid... That was not acceptable nor quality service for it. Very sneaky and cheater way to make me keep the dusty dish shelf without discount... I would say DO NOT get those furnitures unless you for sure don’t mind getting no full refund when you get the defect one! Watch out folks, I got cheated. Anyways, hope you have a good shopping but customer service really sucks. Cheers
