★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフさんの対応が素晴らしい。規模からして品揃えでは同業他社に劣るかも知れないですが、親切に検索かけて探してくれたりするので、時間に余裕があるなら特に困りません。それに、急に入り用になったものなら大抵間に合うはずなので、これといって不便になりません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホースノズル買おうとして商品持ってレジカウンターに持ってたら、700円のハズが1000円のホースノズルで、商品のプラ外装はずれてたのを、平気に客に売ろうとしてありえ無かった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 若い男性店員の接客態度が最悪。店内放送で「コロナの中、早く購入を希望されるお客様。商品お探しの際は気楽にお声をおかけください。」と流れている中、丁寧に聞いたらふてくされながら、「ちゃんとさがしたんですか？」と言われビックリ。レジで「すみませんでした。」と言ったら無言のままお釣りを渡された。その後も同じような態度だったのでもう2度と行かない。
The customer service attitude of a young male clerk is the worst. While the in-store broadcast said, "Customers who want to purchase early in the corona. Please feel free to contact us when you are looking for a product." I was surprised to hear that. When I said "I'm sorry" at the cash register, I was given the change without saying anything. After that, I had the same attitude, so I will never go again.
