ぽ	ぽぽたん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 元従業員です。スタッフ皆さん、とても頑張っていますが、上の立場的の方で、いつも挨拶できない方がいたり、迷惑そうに教えたりする方もいました。お客さんには、ちゃんと別の顔で対応されてましたが、それでもやはり、お客さんにも接客に思いやりがあるかどうか伝わると思います。特定のベテラン同士は仲良しですが、新人には冷たかったり。　暖かい職場でしたら、もう少し続けられたかもしれません。職場での挨拶は基本だと思います。そこから、職場の雰囲気は作られると思います。トイレも汚く、何度か相談しても変わらず、自分なりに出来る限り、あるもので精一杯頑張りましたが、慌ただしい時間内で、なかなか進みませんでした。もう少し真剣にトイレ掃除を頑張って頂きたいです。　トイレは気持ちよく利用出来る場所の象徴でもあると思います。お金を払って来てくれてるお客さんが可哀想だと感じました。今の時代はどこもトイレが清潔で当たり前だと思います。せっかく良い施設なので、暖かい雰囲気の素敵な職場になって頂きたいです。 I'm a former employee.
