There is a parking lot in the back where we passed the mountain gate, and there is also a toilet. I worshiped it with a shoji shrine set.

A temple near Orogaike Pond. It was built in 1489 by the founder of Nissho Shojin. The mountain is Hojuzan. It leads to Shiwatari Shrine from the precincts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 江戸前期には結構色々あってかなり大きなお寺だったそうです。今はその面影はないみたい。お産の御守りの水晶玉が祭られています。
There were quite a lot of things in the early Edo period and it was a pretty big temple. It seems that there is no such thing now. The crystal ball of the birth guard is celebrated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雄蛇ヶ池の近くにある歴史的価値のある古いお寺。戦時中お寺の裏に日本陸軍の基地が存在した。東京大空襲が激しくなった頃、九十九里からの米軍上陸を想定し作られた。今でも寺の裏には数多くの防空壕の様な入り口が存在する。
An old temple with historical value near Oshigaike Pond. During the war there was a Japanese army base behind the temple. When the Tokyo air raid became intense, it was made assuming the landing of US forces from Kujukuri. Even today, there are many entrances like air defenses behind the temple.
