★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 北海みそ食べました。自分的には普通です！でもあきない味だと思います！流行りではない小さい頃に食べた懐かしい味のように感じました！たま～に無性に食べたくなる味に感じます！

早かったせいか空いていた
北海ラーメンの味噌を食す
札幌ラーメンをアレンジしたと書いてある
独特のわずかな辛味がきいていてバランスが良い
久々にスープを最後まで飲みたくなるほどくせになる味であった
半チャーハンも食したがこちらもうまい

特にスープが美味しくて飽きが来ないです。
手作り餃子は、薬味と肉のジューシーさがマッチしていて美味しかったです

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高速バスで秋田から、ここのラーメンを食べるためだけに来ました。吹雪の中を歩いてきた甲斐がありました。本当に旨かった❗北海味噌ラーメン最高です。何も足さずにそのまま食べました。
餃子もカリもっちり、肉汁ジュワーでした。店主ご夫婦頑張って下さい。また行きたいです?
I came from Akita by express bus to eat ramen here. It was worth walking in the snowstorm. It was really good ❗ Hokkai miso ramen is the best. I ate it without adding anything.

現在コロナ対策でお昼のみの営業。
そして、メニューも一部お休み中です。
カウンターにはついたてがあり、コロナ対策もばっちり。
今回いただいたのは…
札幌ラーメン（味噌）700円（税込）
看板メニューの北海ラーメンから、ひき肉と薬味を抜いたものが札幌ラーメンになる感じですかね…？
そして北海屋と言えば餃子！（6個・400円）
具は野菜多め。キャベツが荒めでザクザク。
皮がもっちりして美味！
以前はテイクアウトする人も多かったのですが、今もやってるのかな？
今回も安定のうまさでした?
