愛想良く手際良くと言う感じ。
電話での予約注文や宅配も受けているようです。久しぶりに行ったら店先の灰皿撤去されており、店内で待てるように少し拡張工事されてました。投稿の訂正と再評価で５とさせて頂きます。

特にバイトなのか、若い女の店員の愛想の悪いこと…
電話の対応も聞いていてあまりの無愛想さにイラついてました。接客できない嫌なら辞めれば！

買いに行っていたが2018年の10月からオーナーが変り再オープンしたが全く美味しくない。
多分食材は一緒だが料理する男性が下手過ぎる。
唐揚げは天ぷら、付き出しのスパゲッティは味無し、ステーキ弁当は味がしみていない。
同じ四ノ宮のほっかほっか亭はバッグンに美味しい。
このままの状態でお店を続けたら
年内で終わってしまいそう。
オーナーはもっと本社に出向いて行って勉強して欲しい。
そして、四ノ宮店と比べてどう違うのか考えて欲しい。
今の状態だったら、一度食べた人は先ず行かない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前、まだ弁当作れますか？との質問に、白ご飯がなくなってしまって、たけのこご飯なら出来ますとのこと。値段は変わりますか？の、質問に対して、責任者がいないから答えられないと言われました。
責任者いなくて、勝手にたけのこご飯にしてるんですか？
更に、別の日に作り置きしてもらおうかと電話をかけたら、受話器を上げっぱなしにしておられました。
店に直接買いに行ったときに、電話が鳴る→出る→すぐ切る→受話器上げっぱなしと言うのを目の前で見ました。
店に入っても、誰一人として『いらっしゃいませ』と言わない店員。
味云々より、店員の教育をしっかり行ったほうが良いと思います。
