★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 年賀状を作りに来店。ハガキを作る時に説明してくれた方はとても接客に熱心な感じでした。しかし写真選択に時間がかかり閉店時間をすぎてから店を出ようとした時に店員が誰もありがとうございましたの一言も無く、出てすぐにシャッターをウィーンと閉められたので遅いのは確かに迷惑だったとは思いますが少しドンビキでした。

接客中は、ハキハキといい店員なんだけど、離れて写真を待ってる際に、他の店員と私の悪口を言っていました。内容が聞こえたため、私に対してで間違いないです。
証明写真に対しても、アドバイスもなく、アドバイスして欲しくて聞いても答えてくれず、わざわざ6000円出して撮るものでもなかったなという感じでした。
アドバイスしてもらえると思って期待して行ったのが間違いだったのか、ホームページで「専門スタッフがアドバイス！」と書いてあったのに、残念に思いました。
写真の出来も悪く、悪口も言われる。レビューの評価が良かったためカメラのキタムラを選んだけど、店員の態度が悪く、もう二度と行きたくないと感じました。

I was disappointed that it was a mistake to expect to receive advice, even though the homepage said "Professional staff advises!".
The photos are not good, and they are said to be slanderous. I chose Kitamura for the camera because the reviews were good, but the clerk's attitude was bad and I felt that I didn't want to go there again.
