ケ	ケイケイ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SUUMO経由で物件情報を問い合わせたが、こちらの希望条件や個人情報をメールで聞くだけ聞いてその後一切の返信無し。メール対応すらまともに出来ないレベルの店舗なので来店する価値はないと思います。 I inquired about the property information via SUUMO, but I just asked for the desired conditions and personal information here by e-mail, and there was no reply after that. I don't think it's worth visiting because it's a store that can't even handle emails.
S	Sara k on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応が親切で良かったです。人員の関係なのか担当の方がお休みだと返事が休み明けになる事と、こちらで空いてなくて見られないと言われた物件が他では見られる場合もあったので、、(不動産系列の関係かもしれませんが) ですが、丁寧に対応していただき逆にこちらで見つける事ができなくて申し訳なく思っています。 It was good that the correspondence was kind. 小	小西博之 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最低でした。担当してくれたお姉さんはとてもいい人でしたが責任者と名乗る男性の対応が最悪でした。まず契約書に書いてない事を印鑑を押してる途中で言い出ししました退去時のエアコンクリーンング代です自分が書いてないならそれは家主さんの負担じゃないのですか？と聞くと契約書を作り直すと言い出しました。これってありですか？その上あろう事か客の目の担当してくれたお姉さんに契約書ちゃんとつくれと叱責し出す。自分がどうしようか渋っていたら腕を組みながら踏ん反り返って『別に契約しなくてもいいですよ』と言い出す始末。その後LINEでやめとく旨を伝えその後頑張って頂いたのに申し訳ありませんと謝罪するとあろう事か既読無視こちらが謝罪をしているのにありえません。余りにも酷いので他の不動産で話を聞くとそこの物件は確かエアコンクリーニング代は取ってないと言われ新たに見積もりをだして貰ったら入ってませんでした。これはどういう事なんですかね？騙し取ろうとした？それとも交渉を頑張って欲しいと伝えていたのに実は全然交渉してなかったて事ですかね！いつもこんな対応をお客様にしてるんですか？引っ越しはかなりしているのですがこんな酷いのは初めてです。こっち忙しい中限りある時間を使っていたので使った時間を返して貰いたいです。 It was the worst.
