家から近いからといって評価の低いところに行くべきではないと学びました。評価が引くのにはそれなりの理由があるということです。

店側のミスで毎月の賃料が上がるのに勝手に書き換えたあげく誤りの電話はないし、こちらが指摘したらLINEで誤りの文章をおくってきた。
また火災保険の契約や振込先の連絡もこちらから聞かないと連絡してこない。
何もかもがこちらから連絡しないと報告がないのは初めて。ありえない。

Also, I will not contact you unless I ask you about the fire insurance contract and the transfer destination.
