担当してくださった植木さんは、自分達の気に入った部屋があるとすぐ動いてくださって、夕方からでも物件を見に連れて行ってくれました。とてもフットワークが軽くて、いつも笑顔で迎えてくれるところが感心させられました。店頭でのやり取りでは時間がなく行けれなくても、ここはラインを通じてこちらの用件を入れておくと、すぐ確認してくださって対応が早く有り難かったです。接客も皆さん丁寧だし、お店の雰囲気も明るくて何でも気軽に話ができるので、オススメの不動産です！！

引越し先の地域に詳しい方がいて治安の相談ができ、コロナや県外在住ため部屋探しが難航すると思いましたがいろいろと配慮をしてくれたりと対応が良かったです。おかげで無事に部屋を決めることが出来ました。
仕事もしていましたので合間でのやり取りもありましたが、契約に至るまでこちらに都合を合わせてくれたりと最後まで親切な対応でした。
お客様の対応が丁寧でよく相談しながら自分に合った部屋を探したい方はオススメです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 探している部屋の希望を伝えると、少しズレた物件を提示してきます。ご入居者を紹介してくださいとでかでかと書かれたチラシを見せてきて、こちらの部屋もいいですよと勧めてくるので自分たちの利益が大きいとこを優先で勧めてきているのがよく分かります。低姿勢ということだけはすごい徹底していて相手の話を聞いてる雰囲気をすごい出してますが実は聞いていないのでは？
少し期待とはズレた物件ばかりだったので諦めて、他の不動産に頼ることにして、気になる部屋に入りたくなったら連絡しますと言ったのに、メンヘラのようにおっさんがずっとメールと電話を電話番号を変えながらしてきました。私共になにか不手際がございましたでしょうか！？って聞いてくるんですけど、不手際とかじゃなくて不動産として能力がないです。
あと、駐車場代が500円までしか出ないのに、案内もかなり遅いので駐車場代は自腹確定と思った方がいいです。
