In the local area, it is called "Hakodate Hall". Since the approach path is narrow, please use a parking lot along the national highway for a big car.

本堂の造りと境内の雰囲気はお寺というより神社のイメージが強かったです。御神木（？）のカツラは、樹高10ｍ/幹周5.7ｍ/樹齢＞300年。
I visited 2018.8.20.
The structure of the main hall and the atmosphere of the precincts had a strong image of a shrine rather than a temple. The wig of the Shinboku (?) Is 10m high / 5.7m around the trunk / age> 300 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 国の重要文化財指定の虚空蔵堂というお堂に、同じく国重文指定の棟札（どこにあるか不明）と厨子あり。
国重文らしいオーラは余り感じなかったが、国道をひっきりなしに車が走る、地方なのに落ち着かない雰囲気の中、お寺の周囲一角は、周りの建物も感じ良く、古き良き日本の田舎という趣がある。
まあ時間があれば立ち寄ってもいいのでは、ぐらい。
In the hall called Kokuzo-do, which is designated as a national important cultural property, there is also a building tag (where it is unknown) and a kitchen designated by Kunishigebun.
I didn't really feel the aura of an Important Cultural Property, but in a rural but uncomfortable atmosphere where cars drive constantly on national roads, the surrounding buildings feel good, and it has the taste of a good old Japanese countryside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平安時代に創建された虚空蔵堂は国の重要文化財らしい。依田窪地域で最古の建物らしい。由緒あるお寺なのに観光地化されておらず、参拝すると厳かな空気である。地域に根ざしたお寺はこれで良いのかもしれない。
The Kokuzo-do, which was built in the Heian period, seems to be an important cultural property of the country. It seems to be the oldest building in the Yodakubo area. Although it is a historical temple, it has not been turned into a tourist destination, and when you visit it, it has a solemn atmosphere. This may be good for temples rooted in the area.

方一間入母屋造りという禅宗様式独特の様式で造られている。
中には虚空蔵菩薩坐像が安置されています。
大通りから少しだけ入った場所にありますが、静かで良いお寺でした。
The building was built in the middle of the Muromachi period and has been certified as a Japanese heritage site.
It is built in a style peculiar to the Zen Buddhism style, which is called "Houichima Irimoya-zukuri".
A sitting statue of the Bodhisattva Bodhisattva is enshrined inside.
It was a quiet and good temple, although it was just a short distance from the main street.
