★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 保原町の路地の分かりづらい場所にある食堂 ラーメンは煮干し系の魚の出汁が優しくスープ全部飲んでしまった。醤油のタレは少し甘味ある味 腿肉のチャーシューは余計な脂も無くさっぱり 昔ながらのラーメンだが最近 こう言うラーメンが食べれないんだよね タンメン保原嬉しい事に炒め野菜 シャキシャキので炒め野菜スープが合う カツ丼も美味しいらしいので次回食べたい 冷やし中華はタレがかき氷状態で最後まで冷たく
タレも薄くならず美味しく食べれた具材も懐かしい感じで大盛りでもペロッと食える美味さ
