★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 保険について検討しなければと考えていた際に、家族の勧めで利用しました。私は、話を聞く前は、正直なところ保険についていい印象を持っていませんでした。しかし、丁寧な対応と豊富な知識から、保険について何も知らない素人でも大変分かりやすく、興味を持てるように説明していただいて、いつの間にか話を聞いているのが楽しくなっていました。
決定した保険について非常に満足していますし、こちらでお世話になって本当によかったと思います。今後知人で保険選びに困っている人がいたら、こちらを勧めようと考えています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 加入していた定期保険の見直しの相談に行きましたが、単なる加入保険の見直しだけでなく、病気ケガ、介護、貯蓄、老後、死亡等についての基本的な保険の知識を得る機会にもなり、何回か予約での相談をして、現在と将来に対するライフプランとしての総合的な見直しをすることが出来たのは、安心した生活をしていく上で非常に有益でした。また、対応してくれた女性スタッフの方が初日の相談から以降に至るまで、親切丁寧で分かりやすい説明と対応という事も、相談する側としては緊張せずに保険に対する気持ちのハードルがさがり、落ち着いてしっかりと保険について考えることが出来ました。他のスタッフの方々も電話だけでなく、来店と帰る時の対応も丁寧で好感がもてました。ほけんの窓口というだけあって、多くの保険会社の保険商品の中から、相談内容をもとに有用な商品を選んで提案してくれるので助かります。保険はいざという時の人生のパートナーともいえるので、今後も気軽に相談したいと思います。
