診察などは丁寧にしていただいてます(今のところ)。 ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー ただし、予約時間の30分以上前に受付を済ませても、診察予定時間より30分以上かかる事があります(つまり1時間以上待ち)。 予約制の意味があるのか疑問だけど、結局は 【予約時間よりも30分〜1時間以上前に受け付けを済ませる!】 のが一番です。 ※ 先日、診療で予約時間の1時間前に○○科の窓口で受付を済ませたら、3〜4分で呼ばれました(平日の9時30分頃)。 ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー それと、第1と第2駐車場はいつも満車状態で困りますね。 特に第1駐車場は、入場待ちの先頭車両が痺れを切らせて狭いスペースをバックで出ようとするケースがあり、後続車までバックさせる迷惑行為が度々あります(場内の誘導員が後続車に『バックして』と声をかけます)。 ※ 時間帯にもよりますが、午前(特に朝)は入場まで30分待ちも珍しくありません。 ここへ通う前は筑波大学附属病院へ行ってましたが、ここと同じ・若しくはそれ以上に外来患者は多いにも関わらず、待ってもせいぜい1〜3分程度でした。 駐車場の問題は何とか改善して頂きたいですね…。 ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー それと、会計後に近くのフロンティア薬局へ寄る人は、薬局裏手に鳩ヶ丘駐車場があるので、”行き”はそこそこ歩くけど 帰りが楽になると思います。 ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー 屋上にヘリポートがあり、たまにドクターヘリが行き来するのを見かけます。

他の病院もそうだと思いますが、先生も看護師さんも受付の方も、良い方とあまり良くない方の差がかなり激しいです。 全体的に対応は雑です。お会計の金額を万単位で間違えられたり、通院なのにデータが見つからないと言われ初診と間違えられたり。他にもたくさんあります。 事情がありまだ当分の間は通院しなければならないのですが、なるべく利用したくない病院です。 あと、どの科かは伏せますが、待ち合いで私の前に座っていた患者さんが看護師さんに他の患者さんのカルテと間違えて説明されているのを見た時はゾッとしました(後から戻って来て、他の方のカルテでしたごめんなさい〜と言ってたので間違いないかと)

日立にあるとても大きな総合病院。けど、インターンの先生が多いみたい。田舎だから仕方ないのか?ほとんどの先生が開業してしまいます。少し前に立て替えてとても大きくなりました。駐車場も何回も変わり立体と、後ろの方に広いところがある。中にはスターバックスと、コンビニもあります。流石、日立製作所の病院だからか?昔から、知り合いや身内が入院してお世話になりました。総合病院だから、入院してる時も歯医者などいろんな所見て貰えるので、助かります。

昨年、この病院で帝王切開で出産しました。 麻酔が完全に効いてない中始まったので、術後は最悪、本当に痛いのレベルを超えた痛さでした。 そんな中で赤ちゃんの面倒見れる訳もなく、ナースの方にお願いしていたのですが、夜間はスタッフの人数が少なくなり、ギャン泣きしててもすぐには対応してもらえず結果放置。 ギャン泣きの声が部屋まで聞こえてくるが、傷口が痛すぎて身動きもとれず。 次の日急に小児科の先生とナース来て 『赤ちゃんの熱が下がりません。もしも、の事を考えNICUに連れて行きます。』と言われました。 NICUで何をされていたのか大まかな説明しかされず。血液検査しても異常なし、他も全く異常なし。 あれだけ、ギャン泣き以上のギャン泣きを放置してたら、そりゃあ熱も上がるのでは? 赤ちゃんの手の甲に何度も注射刺されてアザができまくってほんとに可哀想でした。 母子手帳にNICUで治療した事が、全く!記載されていないことにも、驚きました笑 きちんと書きなさいよ。記載しない意味がわからない。 保護メガネ?をよく頭にかけてたおばさんナースが一番対応最悪でした。研修中の方がそのおばさんに仕事を教えてもらってるのが、心底、可哀そうでした。研修中の方はとても、良い方でした。 あのおばさんナースみたいにならないことを願います。 あと、予約する際の電話対応する方たちは、とにかく、とにかく!態度が悪い! 仕事したくないなら辞めればいいのに。

入院、手術を受けましたが電話対応はいつも早く丁寧に引き継いでくれてほっとしました。受付の方、医師、看護師、栄養士、薬剤師、掃除の方も皆さんも笑顔でとても感じが良く安心できました。私も見倣いたいと思いました。感謝しています。

10日ほど入院しましたが、医師、看護師の方からとても良くされ、不便無い入院生活でした。まさに白衣の天使!ただ、階がひとつ違うとまるで違う部署のように感じられます。3回ほど病棟移動しての感想です。食事が移動する前の病棟に運ばれたり...。病院食はまあまあ美味しかったですよ。眺めも海が見えていい気分転換になります。シャワーも毎日入ろうと思えば入れます。30分区切りの予約表に自分の名前を書くだけなので。お風呂はコロナ関係で中止。最後の枠に予約をとると、30分多少すぎてもゆっくり入っていいよと言われたり、アメニティセットが充実しており(440円/日)不便を感じることはありませんでした。 大部屋でも患者のマナーは割と良く、老人ばかりでしたが、静かでした、おなら以外は。 ただ回診、掃除、問診、掃除、その他、いろいろと人が来るので割と騒がしい。ありがたいことなんでしょうが、昼寝すると起こされます。 そしてひとつ気になる点、ここに入院する前に救急相談というところに電話をかけたのですが、そこの担当看護師?と思われる女性の方の対応がかなり雑というかぶっきらぼう。矢継ぎ早に話しかけてきて、はよ電話切れ と言った圧力が感じられる。この点が残念でした。 とりあえず、健康体に戻れました。お世話になりましたm(_ _)m
