ら	らいぞう on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 県内ではいち早く開館した由緒ある博物館で、外観が昭和時代の人間にはどこか郷愁を誘います。日立市の歴史民俗はひととおり見学出来ます。（農林漁業、日立風流物など）ひとくちに歴史民俗と言っても様々なジャンルがあるので、関心のあるものから学べます（郷土書コーナーあり。学芸員さんが質問に回答してくれます）。例えば日立という土地柄、昭和の家電も展示されていて、益子焼の人間国宝濱田庄司の自宅で使用されていた冷蔵庫（もちろんHITACHI制）なども見ることができます。また日立市は戦災を受けているので、戦争関連の特別展示（特に8月はシビックセンターでも開催）もあり足を運ぶ価値はあります。ただ助川海防城に関しては、展示がお粗末で全貌が理解できません。それでも郷土書コーナーで理解を深めることはできますが、助川小学校の郷土資料室（一般の見学可）のほうが充実しています。こちらは平日のみなので土日は見学できません。このような「逆転現象」は詳しく知りたい立場からいうと正直言って不親切です。是非改善を求めます。なので星３つです。 It is a venerable museum that opened early in the prefecture, and its appearance invites nostalgia to people in the Showa period. However, regarding the Sukegawa Kaibojo, the exhibition is poor and the whole picture cannot be understood. You can still deepen your understanding in the local books section, but the local materials room of Sukegawa Elementary School (general tours are possible) is more fulfilling. This is only on weekdays, so you cannot visit on Saturdays and Sundays. To be honest, this kind of "reversal phenomenon" is unfriendly from the standpoint of wanting to know more about it. I definitely ask for improvement. So it has 3 stars.
