接客体制も対応も円滑で、待たされても不快に思うことはありません。
しかも、旅行毎に最初に相談した時のスタッフが、帰国まで担当してくれるので、希望内容や変更経緯などが充分理解・共有できていて安心です。（行く度に違うスタッフから、名前と相談内容を繰り返し聞かれる大手の某旅行会社とは全く違います）
もちろん、旅行はどれも楽しい思い出になりました。
