契約ハンコを押す前であり、予定も１ヶ月以上前だったのですが、担当から「キャンセル料頂くと思います」と捨て台詞的に言われたらしいです。最終的にはキャンセル料は取られなかったのですが、契約完了前でのキャンセル時、キャンセル料は取られるものでしょうか？
