★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 事前予約しないで行ったら、2時間ぐらい待ちました。ショッピングの合間にちょっと旅行の相談というわけにはいかないですね。事前にきちんと予約してから行った方がいいです。
 If I went without making a reservation in advance, I waited for about 2 hours. You can't just talk about travel between shopping. It is better to make a reservation in advance before you go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現在はコロナ渦でガラガラだが、繁盛期はいつ行っても混んでいて待ち時間も長かった。店舗場所が移ってからは待合なども広くなり、きれいになった。お世話になっていたころのスタッフはいつも良心的な接客スタッフばかりだった

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応がスムーズでなく、焦ってた感が見受けられました。自動受付機があるのに、お客様が来店する度応対してるお客様を待たして新規のお客様を案内しているのが、意味不明でした。
