麺がバリバリに焼き過ぎの特徴のない広島焼き(これで金取んの？って出来映え)と、挨拶と愛想がない店主に、何とも言えない後味の悪さを感じました。
 If you want to cherish the enjoyable time of eating and drinking in Osaka, you should avoid it.
I felt a bad aftertaste that I couldn't say to shopkeepers who didn't have greetings and affection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大衆的な店内で、店主さんと奥さん(かな？)のおふたりで切り盛りされている広島焼きのお店。お料理は美味しいです。普通に。全体的に、味付はあっさりですね。総じて、平凡だなあといった印象です。お料理自体のお値段はあまり高くないですが、お酒は決して安くは無いと思います。

A Hiroshima-yaki shop that is cut up by the owner and wife in a popular shop. The food is delicious. Normally. Overall, the seasoning is light. The overall impression is mediocre. The price of the dish itself is not so high, but I think alcohol is not cheap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 心斎橋に行った際に見つけたお好み焼き店です。大阪の中心部で広島焼き!?と思い、その心意気に導かれて入店しました。
店主の男性が一人で切り盛りしている様子で、私好みのしっかりした焼き加減のお好み焼きでした。ごちそうさまでした！
An okonomiyaki shop I found when I went to Shinsaibashi. I thought it was Hiroshima-yaki in the center of Osaka!
The store owner's man was chopping up alone, and it was my favorite okonomiyaki. Thank you for the meal!

ソースは広島の辛口、ミツワソースに似ているけど、何か違う。
あと、やたら無愛想なけど、どがいなつもりかいな。
こがいな感じやったらもう行かんけんと思う店。
Normal for Hiroshima okonomiyaki.
The sauce is similar to Hiroshima's dry Mitsuwa sauce, but something different.
Also, it's kind of unfriendly, but I wonder what it's like.
A store that you wouldn't go to if you felt awkward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 한국명으로 오하라 영어로는 ohara 라는 이름을 가진 히로시마풍 오코노미야키 가게입니다. 지난 오사카 방문때 오고 싶었으나 만석이라 오지 못했습니다. 하지만 이번엔 좌석이 있어서 방문하게 되었습니다. 대부분의 리뷰에서는 주인이 친절하지 않다거나 음식이 오래걸린다는 말이 많은데... 그건 먼저 본인들의 태도는 어땠는지 고민이 필요하다고 생각합니다. 이 리뷰를 보고 방문하는 한국인분들도 있을지 모르겠습니다만, 이 곳은 한국어 메뉴은 커녕 영어 메뉴도 없습니다. 기본적으로 타베로그 등을 활용하여 어떤 메뉴들이 있는지 알고 오시는게 좋습니다. 식당 리뷰에 맛 리뷰가 빠지면 안되겠지요? 다소 매콤한 듯한 소스가 인상적인 오코노미야키, 심심한 듯 채소의 맛이 가득한 소금야키소바, 수육과 비슷한 맛의 규스지조림, 그리고 전혀 비리지 않고 풍미 가득한 오징어구이. 모두 기대 이상의 맛을 자랑합니다. 다른 리뷰나 편견에 흔들리지말고 오고 싶으신 분 들은 얼마든지 오셔서 즐기세요. 무척 좋은 가게입니다. 무뚝뚝하고 불친절해보이는 사장님은 사실 열심히 요리에 집중할 줄 아는 좋은 주인입니다. 강추합니다.
Oaharah in Korean is Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki shop named ohara in English. I wanted to come when I visited Osaka last time but I could not come because it was full. Basically, it is good to know which menus are available by using the menu. Would not it be good to have a taste review in a restaurant review? Okonomi-yaki with a slightly spicy sauce, salted yakisoba with brisk vegetable flavor, simmered gyoza with similar flavor, and savory squid roasted at all. All boast more than expected. If you want to come here without being disturbed by other reviews or prejudices, please come and enjoy. It is a very good store. The boss who looks blunt and unfriendly is actually a good owner who knows how to focus on cooking. I will.
