The crowding condition of GW was the worst. It's a long procession ... it's your hard time.

The materials are poor for the museum. Did it disappear? The entire castle is a citizen's park, and it is a beautiful and enviable environment.

The construction of Hirosaki Castle began under Tamenobu Tsugaru, who united the Tsugaru region. The castle was completed by the second feudal lord. Nobuhira Tsugaru, in 1611. The first keep was a five-story structure built on the southwestern corner of the castle enclosure. However, it was hit by lightning and destroyed by fire in 1627, 16 years after its construction. The present keep was completed in 1810 by the Ninth Feudal Lord, Yasuchika Tsugaru, who acquired permission from the Tokugawa government to build under the pretext of a turret. While the keep was constructed recently, it was built with traditional features. Instead of iron windows on the east and south sides of the moat, for example, there are only arrow slits. Additionally, the first and second stories are equipped with gabled roofs on the protruded wails and openings to throw rocks from. This is the only keep in the Tohoku region built during the Edo Period that still exists to this day. Though small, it is a prominent castle keep that represents Japanese architecture and history.
Hirosaki Castle was designed by Tsugaru Shinshin, who unified Tsugaru, and was completed in 1611 by Keisei Nobunaki, who is a second generation. The present Tenshu was completed in 7 years (1810) of culture with the permission of the Shogunate under the name of Takuzoku, the master of the ninth generation. The construction age is new, but there is no iron door window on both east and south sides of the gutter side, and it is only an arrowhead, and it is an old form such as gable gauze gauze and stone remover in the middle of 12 layers.
There are few special exhibits in the main enclosure that was moved by Ishigaki restoration.

Visited in September 2019. It was the northernmost existing castle tower that I was looking forward to, but ... Even if it is unavoidable that the castle tower that was moved during the restoration work was placed on a flat surface, it was a pity that the young staff could not be trained to serve customers and could not see the spirit of hospitality. .. I put the car in the parking lot of the tourist center.

I visited during the cherry blossom season The castle tower is small, but it is an existing castle tower. I would like to come back again when I return to the original place.

The current castle tower is also used as a museum. In addition, due to the reloading of the stone wall, we moved to the central part of the main enclosure by a towing house construction. The scenery that can only be seen now is attractive.
