★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話しての対応は速い方じゃないかなと思う。管理物件をちゃんと見てるかと言うと、どうかなと思う。クリーニングしてあるはずなのに、お風呂がざらざらだったりトイレの便器の内側が真っ黒だったりパッキン駄目になっててポタポタ水が出たりインターホン壊れてたり(T＿T) 誰が確認するのかこちらとしては分からないけれど、大家さんから任せられて金もとるのだから、貸す前に全部確認するのが当たり前と思うが、不動産業界では違うのかもしれない。
退出後の計算書は分かりやすくて良かった。何を直して大家さんとどちらがどのような配分で負担するのかきちんと表にしてくださった。敷金が幾らでどれだけ使って残りこれだけだよと。これがまったく無くて敷金より更に7万ほど取られた事が別の不動産屋で過去にあったので。
入ってすぐはアレコレあったけど、対応速くてお金の事はちゃんとしてたので☆3で(^^;
