古	古庄屋 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 幟町の酒蔵魚好人クダコさん魚料理を戴きたくて伺いました。道路沿いの店頭から階段を5段降りた B1/4 のところに入口がある珍しいお店の造りです。クダコとは漁師さんの魚が捕れる漁場のスポットの名前だそうです。クダコの名前と蛸は関係ないそうですが活〆蛸の造りはとても美味しかったです。二回目はランチで伺いました。蔓防ですがアルコール無しで昼も夜も頑張って営業されてます。天婦羅定食を戴きました。土鍋で炊いたご飯と揚げたての天婦羅でとても美味しかったです。小鰯の天婦羅があり良かったです。ランチは Pay Payで支払うと20円手数料がかかります。手数料で便乗値上げせず明朗に20円だけ加算するクダコさんらしい真面目なやり方に好感を持ちました。 Mr. Kudako, a sake brewery fish lover in Noboricho, wanted to have a fish dish. わ	わか on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨日は肉だったので今日は魚ということで、クダコさんにきました。以前何度かお伺いしたことがあり、久しぶりの来店です。コロナの影響でカウンターは3席に限定お通しのナスは（煮浸し？）丁寧な下拵えをうかがえます。とにかく焼酎、日本酒など酒の種類が多い！（泡盛もあります）頼んだ日本酒が品切れでおすすめ飲んだらこれまた美味しい。お願いしなくてもチェイサーのお水を一緒に出していただいて素晴らしい接客です。保健所検査済みの牛レバー刺しもごま油で美味しい。（なかなかたべられないですよね）お腹空いていたので食べすぎ&お高い日本酒飲みすぎたので会計ちょっと行きましたが、飲まない方はメニューで工夫を。何頼んでも肉も魚も酒も美味しい、店主様の丁寧な心意気の感じるお店です。 2022.4月 Yesterday it was meat, so today I came to Kudako because it was fish. It had a wide selection of drinks, including a variety of delicious Japanese fruit liquors (highly recommend the Yuzu and Plum ones), but the key differentiator for us was the quality of their food (at affordable prices too). The flavour of their cod roe tamago was rich but well-balanced and their fried tofu was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and pleasantly flavourful too! Would highly recommend this spot for an authentic and delicious Izakaya experience.
