今まで食べた焼き鳥の中で?が大きく、プリプリ✨初めての部位も?でイイ意味で衝撃的でした?自分たちは『焼鳥7種と野菜焼2種 ?2500』を注文。始めはお腹いっぱいになるかなぁ…最後は焼おにぎり?⁉️などと思ってましたが、どれも大きな串でスゴクお腹いっぱいに?価格、味、量どれも満点です??絶対また行きたい~? 行く時は予約した方が間違いないようです。訪問中何人か『今日は予約でいっぱいで…?』とお断りしているのが聞こえてきました??

炭火を使い、きちんと火の通り具合を 見ている所が好感触。つくねが美味しかったので、無理をいって卵黄つくねを 出してもらいましたが、間違いない出来でした。タレが甘くすぎず、焼きおにぎりに も合うのが素晴らしい。

店主のこだわりのある炭火焼きの焼き鳥専門店です。焼き鳥以外のメニューは少ないです。焼き鳥はコースにすると鳥のいろいろな部位を1本1本順番に焼いてくれます。マスターお任せで、御客さんの食べ頃を見て暖かい状態で出してくれる配慮が嬉しいです。食べれない部位は最初に伝えておくと配慮してくれます。何を頼んでも美味しいのですが、単価にすると飲んべえ食うベえのガッツリ系の人にはちょっと高くつくかも?

秋田でもかなりレベルの高い焼鳥。単品は200円以上のこだわり焼鳥。タレはあっさりめ。お通しが含まれるコースは¥2000から。野菜ではミョウガなどをみずみずしく焼き上げる。地酒メインですが日本酒も新政の頒布会など珍しいのがある。〆の焼おにぎりが卵を割り混ぜて食べるが、タレと合わさりめちゃくちゃ旨い。そのときによって希少部位などがあり、比内鶏と名古屋コーチンの掛け合わせ、庄内彩鶏の焼き鳥も食べられる。野菜はミョウガ、ブロッコリーなど珍しい具材も。

焼鳥のコースがメインで単品の料理は少ないです。お酒の種類が多くて好印象。 なかなか本気の焼鳥を食べに行けるお店が少ない秋田市ですが、美味しい焼鳥を食べたければ間違いないお店です。営業中は早い時間から満席で当日予約の電話断りまくってました。 予約から戦いはスタートしています。

二戸の菜彩鶏を使用しています。 比内地鶏と名古屋コーチンの掛け合わせの鶏も使用しているみたいです。 一本260円~ですが、クオリティの割には高いと感じました。 また、一本丁寧に焼いてくださっているため、お腹いっぱいなりやすいです。 メニューが焼き鳥とおにぎりとかお茶漬け位しかないです。 雰囲気は、ジャズが流れていていいです。 お酒は、、、特に、日本酒は個人的にはもう一頑張りお願いしたいです。 手形でこじゃれた店でデートとかいいかなと思いました。
