昭	昭和昆布平ちゃん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事で恵比寿に行った際に、友人と行かせて頂きました。カウンター焼肉、おしゃれな店内はカップル、1人客3組とカウンター焼肉ならではの客層。焼肉と言えばタレ、そのタレが生ダレと表記されていて、なんでもタレを調合する際に非加熱で作られているとか。そんな生ダレはあまく、イチボ、ランプ、ラム、ハラミ、トモバラ、どのお肉とも相性が良かった。辛くするには、タテギ（唐辛子味噌）を入れ自分好みのタレを完成させる。シメに頂いたジャバンたっぷりTKGは今までのTKGを大きく上回る美味しさだった。友人はTKGに育てた生ダレをかけて食べていました。笑ありがとうございました。又是非お邪魔させて頂きます。 When I went to Ebisu for work, I went with my friend.
