今まで様々な整形外科に行きましたが、良いクリニックだと思います。質の良い理学療法を受けることができます。医師も理学療法士さんも親切です。ただ、人気なので待ち時間は長いです。

(9/5追記)後日受診した友人から受付の対応は良かったと聞いたので、★増やしました。 ------ 皮膚科の先生はとても良い先生、整形外科の先生は優しいですがやや頼りない感じ。診察は普通です。 受付スタッフの対応は最悪です。見た目も不潔で常に高圧的、待ち時間が長い日があり、あとどれくらい待つのか聞くと、キャンセルしますか?の答え。謝罪の一言もありませんでした。先生は良いだけにとても残念でした。

理事長先生、院長先生、理学療法士の対応は素晴らしく、質の良い医療とリハビリを受けられると思います。 他の口コミにもある通り、受付の若い女性スタッフの対応、態度が酷すぎて、せっかくの良いクリニックが台無しです。 高齢者や子供に対しても高圧的で冷酷な対応で、こちらが不安を覚えるほどです。 治療に通いたかったのですが、受付の女性スタッフの対応を見て他のクリニックに通うことにしました。

他の方の投稿にもある通り高圧的かつ不親切な受付スタッフを除けば、 医師・理学療法士・放射線技師などは総じて親切でありぜひ治療をお願いしたいと思わせてくれるだけでなく、一階の待合スペースや2階のリハビリスペースも広く、エレベーターもあり多くの患者に利用して欲しい、と言えると思います。 受付スタッフは医師の次に病院の顔になると思うので、非常に勿体ないと思いました。残念です。

10年位前にぎっくり腰でお世話になって腰や足など不具合を調整してもらいにかよってます。 あのころは先生も理学療法士も知識、技術とも本当にすばらしい病院でしたが、、、だんだん質が落ちた気がしてなりません。

息子がサッカーで捻挫してしまいましたが、丁寧に優しくストレッチやリハビリの方法を教えてくれました。リハビリ室は想像以上に広く、奥には野球選手が投げ方を教わっていました。お年寄りの方からスポーツ選手のリハビリまで幅広く対応されていて、感激しました。

リハビリ科が充実している良い病院だと思うのですが、残念な点が多いです。 まず、レントゲンを撮る際に靴を片方しっかり履いていない状態(診察後の為)だったので、踵を踏み潰しまっすぐに立てない状態での撮影でした。 脊椎が曲がってはいけないだろうと思い、途中でレントゲン技師に靴をしっかり履いた方が良いかと確認したのですが、『あー、どっちでもいいですよ〜。好きな方で(笑)』と面倒そうな返答。その時しっかり履き直せばよかったのですが、どんどん撮影準備も進んで行くため、結局そのままでの撮影となりました。 今思えば、肺の撮影等ならまだしも、整形外科でまっすぐ立てないままに撮影するなんてありえないなと思いました。 先生の診察は特に気になる点はなく、レントゲンを見ながらの説明もよく理解できました。 その後のリハビリとなりましたが、リハビリ施設はかなり充実しているように感じました。 担当の理学療法士の方も細かく症状を確認しながらリハビリを行って頂けたのですが、途中で身体の状態が悪い件を指摘され、『このままでは同じことの繰り返しですよ』とやや責められてるのか?と感じるような言い方をされました。治療の自己中断を繰り返しているのならその言い方をされても理解できますが、初診でそんなこと言われても困るのですが(笑) 自分で気をつけられる点があれば改善していきたいと思い、普段の生活上の注意点を確認したのですが、結局はっきりとした返答は得られず。『このままでは』と言うのに、改善点を教えてくれないのでは気をつけようがありません。 リハビリ後のお会計で受付にファイルを提出するのですが、そこでもファイルを受け取った後にお待ちください等何の声掛けもなく、そのまま待ってれば良いのかも分からず。しばらくカルテ入力で待たされそのままお会計だった様ですが、お会計後も次回の予約の案内などなく、こちらから次の受診はどうすればいいのかと確認して予約を取ってもらいました。 受付の人がリハビリ科に空きを確認する電話では、『○○ちゃんの担当の確認で〜』と職員をちゃん呼び。プライベートでもない上に、いい歳して患者の前でちゃん呼びはちょっとどうかと思います。 リハビリ計画書には1回/週と記載がありましたが、担当者の予約が最短で空いていたのは2週間後。予定が合わなければ、更に先となります。リハビリはかなり予約が混雑していて取りにくそうです。リハビリの担当は初回で決まりますが、当たり外れが凄い…

It's not private, and I think it's a good idea to call him in front of a patient at a good age. The rehabilitation plan stated that it was once a week, but the person in charge had the shortest reservation available two weeks later. If the schedule does not match, it will be further ahead. Rehabilitation seems to be difficult to get because the reservation is quite crowded. The person in charge of rehabilitation is decided at the first time, but the hit and miss is amazing ...
