L	Lee Christina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 広尾にドックカフェができたと聞いて楽しみにしていました。入店時にスタッフからの店内ルール説明もなく、ただレジで食事を買って下さいと言われ、店内ルールが記載されている紙を渡されました。ペットのご飯は冷くて1口も食べなかったです。ドックファーストのカフェならペットのご飯をオーダーする時に説明して貰えたらと思います。ホスピタリティーは改善するべきだと思いました。 I was looking forward to hearing that a dock cafe was opened in Hiroo. There was no explanation of the rules inside the store from the staff when entering the store, I was just asked to buy a meal at the cash register, and I was given a piece of paper with the rules inside the store. ワ	ワンコラブ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何度か利用させていただいたのですが今回利用した際は、他のワンちゃんにはお水が出てるのにうちの子だけお水がもらえてなかったり、真冬ですごく寒いのにドアが開いており、とてもじゃないけどゆっくりカフェできる環境ではなかったです。(店内の暖房もほぼ無意味) お金払って極寒は嫌です。うちのわんこもブルブルでした?ごめんね、、、あと、ワンちゃんが店内にいるのに扉を開けたままで、もし何かの拍子にハーネス等が抜けて外に出てしまったら、、、など考えてないのでしょうか？好きなカフェなだけに残念でした。扉が閉まるようになったらまた利用しようかな。 I have used it several times When I used this time, the other dogs had water, but only my child couldn't get water, or the door was open even though it was very cold in the middle of winter, so it's not very, but it's an environment where you can relax and cafe.
