ギ	ギッシュ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日のランチで行きました。あまり目立たない店構えですが、中は古き良き時代の寿司屋と言った趣きです。何でも店を開いて51年だとか。ランチにしようかと思いましたが、正面に《おむかせ12カン》3000円(税抜き)と有りました。オススメとの事なので、こちらにしました。なお、土日祝は小鉢が付かないそうで、お椀は付きます。カウンターに座ったのですが、寿司は下駄ではなく桶で来ました。お新香とガリは別盛り。悪くはないですが、3000円の値段を考えると、ネタの質はイマイチな感じがします。雲丹は多分アメリカ産じゃないですかね？水気が薄く、ネットリした甘さは以前に食べたアメリカ産の雲丹を思い出させます。イクラはシャケ子でしたが、品質は中位かな？コハダが少し締め過ぎかも。シャリの加減は丁度良いし、握りの技術も熟練者らしく、しっかりしていました。しかし、ネタの質は思ったほどではなかったですね。ランチのネタはどうなのか気になるので、ランチを食べに来てみたいとは思います。ごちそうさまでした。 I went for lunch on Saturday. 米	米原忠秀 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初訪問。寿司定食1000円（税込）。創業52年の老舗のお店。勝浦市出身のご主人は気さくに声をかけてくださりました。お寿司は中トロ、鯛、いくら、こはだもついて税込1000円。新鮮で美味しかったです。他にほうれん草の胡麻和え、味噌汁もついてました。ごちそうさまでした。隣の方が食べていた海鮮丼(1000円)も美味しそうでした。 First visit. と	とどろきこうじ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 千葉駅付近で混んでなさそうなお寿司屋さんを探して行きました。行ったのは12月30日で年末の個人店は営業してないところも多いので貴重な存在。自転車で行ったのだが、当然のように駐輪場なんてものは用意されてはいません。テキトーに止めます。入ると席に案内されて、まだメニューを見てないにも関わらず「決まった？」といった感じで聞かれた。その後も娘がメニューと睨めっこしている間に何回か聞かれた気がする。今回は千葉満喫ツアーなので特上寿司を注文。他にお客さんがいなかったのもあって、比較的すぐにお寿司が来た。量は少ないが美味しそうなネタが乗っている。早速食べた。「？？？」ちょっと、シャリが美味しくないようだ。ネタはしっかりと美味しいのに寿司屋さんに来てシャリが美味しくないという経験は初めてだ。前日食べた回転寿司の方が美味しく感じるくらいだ。エビもよくあるパック製ではなさそうで大きい、ちゃんとお店で仕込んでいるであろう。普段はエビを食べない僕ちゃんだが、エビを食べた。しかし、どうにも微妙な感じである。ああ、シャリが美味しくないとこんなにもお寿司って微妙な感じになるのか。シャリの何が悪いかはわかりませんが、お刺身にビールでも頼めばよかったと後悔しました。 I went looking for a sushi restaurant that didn't seem to be crowded near Chiba station.
