★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久し振りに来ました。前に来たらコロナで営業していなかったので、一年振り位です。なので、レビューを更新します。
昼に入りました。相変わらず店内は隙無く綺麗にされています。
今回は《並寿司》1650円に《赤貝のヒモ》と《エンガワ》をお好みで各々１つ頼んで、合計1950円です。
ネタの質は変わらず良いですね。蛸も美味しいし、小鰭の〆具合が良いです。海老も肉厚で旨味が強いです。卵焼きは店で焼いているみたいです。
追加のヒモやエンガワも鮮度が良くて美味。
握りや巻きの技術が高いのも相変わらず。巻きはピシリとして美々しいですし、握りも整っています。
ただ、シャリが少し冷たかったのが残念です。冷えすぎではなかったので、口の中で解けたから良かったですが。
御椀はあら汁。此れも良い味です。出汁が効いていました。
この価格帯で食べられる寿司としては、相変わらず高レベルだと思いました。
ネックはやはり立地でしょうね。駅からは離れていますし、駐車場も見当たりません。
コスパを考えるなら、此処は滅多に無い良店と言えると思います。
