本格的な手羽先の唐揚げを食べられるお店です。
名古屋流で手羽先の唐揚げは5人前ぐらいはあたりまえに食べられます。からっと揚げられ、外はカリッと、中は骨まわりのお肉がプリプリでとにかく美味しい。スパイシーな味付けにビールが進みます。
また鶏の半身を使用したターザン焼きや、もも焼き、ずり串、つくね、唐揚げ、天ぷらもあります。とりのいろいろな部位をいただくことが出来、楽しめるお店です。
The owner here went to Kafubo for nine years training in Nagoya, the founder of fried chicken wings, and then opened a shop in Kakogawa.

You can eat fried chicken wings in Nagoya style for about 5 people. The meat is deep fried, the outside is crispy, and the meat around the bone is delicious inside and out. Beer progresses to spicy seasoning.
There are also tarzan grilled chicken halves, thigh grilled, skewered skewers, tsukune, fried chicken and tempura. It is a shop where you can enjoy various parts of the chicken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 名古屋の風来坊で修行した店主が出した東加古川の名店。加古川近辺に住んでる方達からの推しが一番多かったお店だったので行ってみた。
手羽先美味しいし店主に話しかけると色々話してくれたりスタッフも接客よかった。ずりも美味しかった。ターザン焼が非常に気になったけど聞くとかなり大きい揚げ鳥？みたいな感じらしく2軒目やったので断念。次回はターザン焼を食べに行きたい。
A famous store in Higashi-Kakogawa opened by the owner who trained in Furaibo, Nagoya. I went there because it was the shop that was most recommended by people living near Kakogawa.
The chicken wings were delicious, and when I talked to the owner, he talked to me in various ways and the staff was nice to serve customers. The sushi was also delicious. I was very interested in Tarzan-yaki, but when I heard it, it was a big fried bird? I gave up because I did the second house. Next time I want to go eat Tarzan ware.

味付けは濃いめ、ややスパイシーかな。
I think chicken wings are the most delicious restaurants around here! If you have one chicken wing, you will eat up in no time, so order at least three servings per person.
The seasoning is strong and maybe a little spicy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 懇親会を行うために伺いました。こちらのお店に来たら、名古屋で食べるより関西寄りの味付けをしてくれている手羽先とターザン焼きが本当に美味しいので絶対注文します。他にもつくねやハツやレバーの串揚げも抜群です。鶏料理が主力のお店ですが、焼き料理より揚げ料理がメインであると感じます。加古川で鶏料理を食べたいなら是非鶏道場をチョイスしたら間違えなしです。ご馳走さまでした。
I visited to hold a social gathering. When I come to this shop, I definitely order the chicken wings and Tarzan-yaki, which are seasoned closer to Kansai than eating in Nagoya, because they are really delicious. Besides, Tsukune, Hatsu and liver skewers are also excellent. The main restaurant is chicken dishes, but I feel that fried dishes are the main dishes rather than grilled dishes. If you want to eat chicken dishes in Kakogawa, you should definitely choose the chicken dojo. It was a feast.
