J	JEECO KOHJY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 正直住居の案内はどうか知りませんが、駐車場のみの契約などは案内が悪いです。「パークダイレクト（WEB）に登録してください。そちらでのやりとりに方式に変わりましたので。」と言われるだけで、土地の持ち主が変わった事による待ち時間の増大などの案内は電話でも無く、パークダイレクトに問い合わせてもいつまで待てばいいかもわかりません。（パークダイレクト内では返信待ち日数を自分で登録しなくてはならない）単価や手数料の入らない案件なのかもしれませんが、土地の主が変わったことが言えない情報ではあったならば、「諸事情により〇〇ヶ月以上は待つようにしてください」と一言でも言えなかったのかと思います。因みに待っている間の駐車場枠はずっと空いていたままでした。星は１つも値しません。 Honestly, I don't know about housing information, but the information is bad for contracts with only parking lots. Just by saying "Please register on Park Direct (WEB). The method has changed to the exchange there." , I don't know how long I should wait even if I contact Park Direct. (In Park Direct, you have to register the number of days waiting for reply by yourself) It may be a project that does not include a unit price or fee, but if it is information that the owner of the land can not be said to have changed, even a single word "Please wait for XX months or more due to various circumstances". I think I couldn't say it. By the way, the parking lot was open all the time while I was waiting. No star is worth it.
