残念ながら今年(2022年)の3/12に近隣の矢美津駅と共に廃止することが決まりました。
ちなみに当駅は冬期は停車しないため事実上既に廃止された状態になります。
R107号に近接し、周囲は田畑や森林に囲まれた静かな無人駅となっております。
階段を上がったらホームの形式となっておりますが、階段下は道路があり、すぐ脇には民家と田畑があるので電車での訪問をおすすめします。
It is a station that opened in 1963 at the petition of Sannai Village at that time.
Unfortunately, it was decided to abolish it together with the neighboring Yabitsu station on 3/12 of this year (2022).
By the way, this station does not stop in winter, so it is virtually abolished.
It is a quiet unmanned station near R107 and surrounded by fields and forests.
If you go up the stairs, it will be in the form of a home, but there is a road under the stairs, and there are private houses and fields right next to it, so we recommend visiting by train.
