笹	笹原一樹 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 開店時間を５分くらい過ぎた頃に行きました。中に入ったら既に満席！チャーシューメンの塩と炙り豚メシを注文しました。最近食べた塩ラーメンではここが一番美味い！チャーシューが絶品です? 箸を入れると切れるくらい、時間をかけて作られているようです。スープ、チャーシュー、麺の相性が抜群です。 I went there about 5 minutes after the opening time. Once inside, it's already full! I ordered salted pork and roasted pork rice. This is the most delicious salt ramen I've eaten recently! The char siu is excellent ? 山	山田憲司 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらに移転されてから初の利用でした。やはり塩を選択。ついつい豚めしも追加? 期待してたクオリティが保たれていて安心＆満足しました。甘みのあるスープは、どうしても飲み干してしまいますね。山頭火が好きな方なら間違いなく気に入ると思います。チャーシューも柔らかく、口の中でとろける食感♥まん延防止なんちゃらの影響もあったのか、水曜日の19:00くらいで空いていました。ラーメンは好みが分かれる食べ物ですが、この仕上がりを否定する人は少ないかと思います。まだ未体験の方は、是非ご利用ください。コロナに負けないで！ It was the first time I used it since I moved here. す	すーぷら on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ チャーシューめん(塩)と玉子ごはんをいただきました。チャーシュー麺は山頭火系、出汁取りしている素材からの塩気による味付けか、尖っておらずパンチの効いた味付けでないのが好きな人なら美味しくいただけると思います。麺は細麺ですが半茹でな感じのアルデンテタイプ、食感を最後まで味わえます。またチャーシューはトロトロタイプ、口の中に入れたらホロホロとほぐれてなくなっていきます。玉子ごはんはご飯の上に、生卵とほぐしたチャーシューとかつお節が乗っており、チャーシューの塩気でいただくパターン。チャーシューはラーメンに乗っている状態ではわからない、適度な塩気があるので塩っぱさを求めている人にはちょっと物足りないかもしれませんが、ぼく的には良い感じでした。ご飯は柔らかめですが、玉子が何となく大きめな物を使われている事もあり、混ぜて口にかき込めば、飲み物のように食べられました。カウンター、テーブルともしっかりとパーテーションされており、感染対策も手抜かりありませんでした。 I had char siu noodles (salt) and egg rice. R	Ryudai Saito on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日11時半ごろ訪問しました。駐車場のロケーションが歩道のない道路に面しているタイプで停めるにも出るにもテクニックが必要です。第二駐車場が150メートル先にあるとの事で自信の無い方は第二駐車場をおススメします。店に入ったところ既にカウンターしか空きはなく、５席カウンターの内既に２席は埋まっていて私の後すぐ２名がきて満席が完成していました。メニュー左上のラーメン、それも塩、醤油、味噌の順で書いてありましたので塩800円を注文しました。満席な事もあり20分ほど待ちました。塩ラーメンといっても濃厚な味わいのあるスープで麺は中細麺、胡麻がたっぷりかかってました。チャーシューは1センチまでいかないものの厚みがあり、二郎系を思わせるトロっとした感じのチャーシューです。木耳も入っていて食感も良くいいアクセントになってました。次はラーメン醤油で順に攻めていきます。
