住宅型有料老人ホームです。入居者の方の要介護度は低めで、近隣の平和堂に買い物に行かれるなどお元気に活動している方もいらっしゃいます。建物は簡素ですが新しいです。ただ要介護度低めの状態に施設が慣れてしまっている感があり、常駐職員の介護技能レベルは低いため、深刻な要介護状態になった際の対応に不安があります。要介護状態になった際にはグループ会社所属のケアマネさんがついて在宅と同じあつかいで訪問介護（常駐職員は原則介護を行わない）を受けることになります。訪問のため時間的な空白が生じるのに加えてグループ内企業のサービスで囲いこまれ第三者の目が入らず介護の品質や適切な利用ボリュームを管理できるのか疑問があります。現に、施設長より訪問してくる介護職員のほうが立場が上（親会社？）のように見受けられるシーンがありました。老人ホームとはいえ、あくまでお元気な高齢者向けの施設であり、本当に介護が必要になった際には特養を申し込みされることをお勧めします。（順番待ちの問題はありますが）
