 Was it a bukkake specialty store? I had a shirasu bukkake. I was chewy with thin noodles. Kake ? I got it ... but a little for thin noodles

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 香川で食べた讃岐うどんの中で群を抜いて美味い！病みつきになって、わざわざ住まいから片道３時間かけて食べに行ったくらい。瀬戸大橋から四国に入ったら、ここで腹ごしらえすべし！
It's by far the best Sanuki udon I ate in Kagawa! I became addicted to it and went out to eat for 3 hours one way from my house. If you enter Shikoku from Setoo Bridge, you should get hungry here!

ちょっと出汁が甘すぎると思ったが、お酢が付いてきたので「お酢で自分なりに調整して下さいね」と言う事を途中で理解した。
細麺はこれはこれで美味しいと思う。
記憶に残るおうどんでした。

I thought the soup stock was a little too sweet, but it came with vinegar, so I understood on the way that I should adjust it with vinegar.
I think this is delicious for thin noodles.
It was a memorable udon noodle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 時間がなくて、香川県内で長く開いているうどん屋さんがこちらで、急遽行くことになりました。そこからこちらにくるためだけに兵庫県から行ってます。絶品！！麺が細麺で、コシがあるうどんです。
私のお気に入りは「山玉」です。旅行が好きで何度かうどんを食べにきてますが、高松市内で食べたうどんより美味しかったです。ここ2年は行けてないですがまた食べたい！！
お持ち帰り(家で自分で湯がくタイプ)もあったので買って帰りました。
店主が丁寧に作ってる姿もいいですよ♪
I didn't have much time, so I decided to go to a udon restaurant that has been open for a long time in Kagawa prefecture. I'm from Hyogo prefecture just to come here from there. Excellent! !! The noodles are thin and chewy udon noodles.
My favorite is "Yamadama". I like traveling and have come to eat udon several times, but it was better than the udon I ate in Takamatsu city. I haven't been able to go there for the last two years, but I want to eat again! !!
I also had a takeaway (a type of hot water at home), so I bought it and went home.
It's nice that the shop owner makes it carefully ♪

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ おそらく讃岐うどんで、一番細い麺。初めて見たときはあまりの細さにひやむぎかと。なのにコシがあってウマイ！そしてここのうどんのエッジはどうやって立ててあるのか興味は付きません。かけダシは優しい味でガツンとは来ませんが、細さに合わせてあるのだと思います。お店のおすすめは温玉明太ぶっかけで、こちらはなかなかパンチ効いてます。レオマワールドに行くときには、坂出インターチェンジで降りてここを通って行くとかいいと思います。讃岐うどん巡りするなら必ず訪れるべきお店。
Probably Sanuki udon, the thinnest noodles. When I saw it for the first time, I thought it was too thin. However, it's chewy and delicious! And I'm not interested in how the edge of udon here is set up. Kake-dashi has a gentle taste and doesn't come with a savory taste, but I think it is tailored to the fineness. The restaurant recommends Ontama Meita Bukkake, which is quite punchy. When you go to Reoma World, you should get off at the Sakaide interchange and go through here. If you want to visit Sanuki udon, you should definitely visit this shop.
