旅行に来たのですが、忘年会シーズンでお忙しい時間帯に無理を言って串焼きのテイクアウトをさせて頂き、更にはおまけまで頂いて大変感激しました こちらのコメントを拝見してミシュランガイドに載ってることを知り、流石だなと思いました 串焼きのほうもとても美味しいです、特にレバーは中まで焼けているにも関わらず、とても柔らかくて半生のようなすばらしい食感に感動しました。

焼き鳥に加えて、一品料理も豊富、この日は鰻の炭焼きもありました。南魚沼には珍しく1人でも訪れ易いカウンターがあり、料理もハーフサイズを揃えてくれています。この地の特徴でもあると思いますが、塩味は強めだと思うので、飲まずに食事中心の場合は、少々塩を控えめにしてもらっても良いかもしれません。食材も良く、仕事も丁寧で、総じて美味しくいただけました。

Taste is OK, but the chef's attitude is very bad to new customers. Seems he is very friendly to old customers. It is listed on Michelin Guide Niigata, but I don't know why it is listed. Price is a little more expensive than normal Yakitori restaurants. You also need to pay 300JPY for so-called Otooshi, a small plate served even though you don't order it. I don't think I will go back there again.
