イクラは硬めでしたが粒は大きかったです。ノドグロは炙られていて香ばしかったです。御飯は少し柔らかで酢が効いてました。量も十分ありました。店内で食べればもっと美味しかっと思います。

店員さんはテキパキしていてこれもまた気持ちが良いです。カブの漬物はサービスでした。

本気丼の大半はランチでやっている店が多いが、ここは夕方オープン。
本気丼は牛タン重。
分厚い牛タンが重箱の一面にぎっしり並んでいてびっくり。
仙台で食べるよりいいじゃん。
ネギ塩ととろろも付いてきており、これを牛タンにかけて一緒に米をかき込むともう最高。
さらに付いてくる味噌汁もよくある味噌汁より味が濃く、海苔も入ってきてめちゃくちゃ美味い。
今回は本気丼だけだったが、次回は通常メニューも食べに行きたい。

大吟醸飲み比べは楽しく呑めておすすめです。
焼きノドグロも絶妙な焼き加減で贅沢な気分になります。
締めの豚汁はコクがあって具だくさんの絶品でした。卵黄の醤油漬けが入ったおにぎりも海苔もご飯も卵もバランス良く、オススメばかりですが満足しました。また行きたいですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久々に大アタリだと思える居酒屋さんでした。地元の方が多く来ていて盛り上がっていて、地元に根差し愛されているお店という雰囲気でしたが、我々のような一見さんにも店員さんたちは明るく優しく接してくださり、この日が私にとって初めての南魚沼でしたが、とても楽しく美味しい夜を過ごすことができました。
お酒もフードの食材も、魚沼のものを数多く揃えていて、その地元愛にとても好感が持てます。メニューで「魚沼」とつく食材を使用しているとわかるものはすべて頼みました。
特に良かったのは、お酒では、魚沼の日本酒好きなの選べるセット、坂戸山レモンサワー、南魚沼ジントニック。このあたりは日本酒だけでなく、クラフトジンまであるのですね（すごい）。お寿司は、米も美味いし魚も美味いです。また、ポテサラやエイヒレまで地のもので楽しめるとは思いませんでした。
また、そちらに伺う機会があったら、ぜひ再訪したいお店です。カウンターに座れたら、元気のある接客にパワーをもらえます。
