課長の「中里」という男性に担当いただきましたが、接客態度がずいぶんとナメていました。
ため息をついたりダルそうに物件を探すなど。
2度利用しませんし、知人や浦和付近の取引先にも、この店舗は利用しないよう共有したいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 単身→夫婦2人→子供2人のファミリー世帯へとライフステージが変化するなかで、浦和区内で3回ほど引っ越しをしていますが、毎回、こちらのピタットハウスさんのお世話になっています。
とにかく接客が丁寧！質問したことをすぐに回答してくれるスピード感もあり、安心して物件探しをお任せできます。今回は、2月〜3月の繁忙期にあたってしまったのですが、それを感じさせない対応でした。
契約時、子供を連れての来店でしたが、絵本やぬいぐるみ、折り紙、お絵描き道具など子供が飽きないような工夫があり、それも助かりました。
周りの人にオススメできる不動産屋さんです！
