あと急患が多いのかアポイントの管理がてきてないのか分かりませんが、結構な時間待たされます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 粉薬飲めないと言った次の受診には粉薬を出してこようとしたり、体調悪くて行けそうになく違う日に予約取って予約当日に先生の都合で予約時間を早めてくれないかと頼まれて寝るかもしれないから無理と断ったら面倒くさそうに他の病院をオススメするといわれた。
人の話をちゃんと聞かないし、すぐに他の病院の方がいいと言ってきてちゃんと診察する気ないんだなと思った。
もう行きません。
I was asked to give powdered medicine to the next visit when I said I couldn't take powdered medicine, or to make a reservation on a different day because I wasn't feeling well and couldn't go. It was said that I would recommend another hospital because I might sleep, so if I refused it, it would be a hassle.
I didn't listen to people properly, and immediately told me that I should go to another hospital, so I thought I didn't feel like seeing him properly.
I won't go anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were really looking forward to seeing this doctor as we had heard that he was the best doctor in Kyoto to deal with learning disorders. After waiting for months to get an appointment, the office called us in the morning and asked if we could come in that afternoon. Since I thought this was our only chance, I agreed and proceeded to pull my daughter out of school and take my work with me to the doctors office. It was most important that my child could see the doctor and my Japanese partner (wife/mother passed away) was able to join us.
The doctor’s office said that because we were a little bit late and because I had to do some of my work in the office and because my partner was not my daughter’s biological mother, he refused to treat us. I apologized for being late and having to do my work, but I asked for his understanding considering that the office did not give us an appointment in the months that we had inquired with them. They continued to insult my partner by claiming that she was going to skew the doctor’s words and communicate the wrong information about my child’s diagnosis. This was a twisted and disrespectful assumption. I asked if he could assess my daughter’s condition so that she could have a more successful life, as that is the most important thing. But the office stood firm with its refusal to treat us because we were late and because my partner was not her biological mother. After all that my partner has done with my daughter following her mother’s death, working with her tirelessly for months and months. Extremely hurt and disappointed by this experience.
