チーズの器で作る濃厚なリゾットは上に乗った生ハムの塩気がちょうどよくチーズ好きにおすすめです。
Appetizers, meat, pizza, pasta, etc. are all available, so you can easily enjoy Italian food.
The rich risotto made with a cheese bowl is recommended for cheese lovers because the saltiness of the prosciutto on top is just right.

シェフが変わった？
今まで何十回と利用してましたが、
正直パスタもパッとせず、ラザニアはたまにしょっぱいときもあったり(同行者も同意見)もういいかななんて思ってしばらく行かない期間があいてました。
数ヶ月ぶりに来たらまずバケットがあたたかく柔らかい。偶然かしら？と思い、おかわりを頼んでみるも、こちらもあたたかい。変わったんだ！
三種のきのこ ボロネーゼパスタを注文。
エノキタケ入っててソースも美味しい。
定番メニューにしてほしいくらい。今までここで美味しいと絶賛したことがなかったのでびっくり。笑
1番変わったのが盛り付けです。
写真を撮ろうにも皿の上で散らかっていて
うーんって感じだったのが今回は綺麗にもられていました。
客席から厨房内が見えますがシェフの方がパスタの茹で加減チェックをしていて
こんなランチの時間でもちゃんとしてるんだと好印象。お皿も盛り付け前に、拭いていて
拭いたお皿を受け取ったシェフの方ができたパスタを盛り付けてました。
また厨房からも、大声で挨拶をされていてよかった。以前は印象にないのでなかったはず。
ホールスタッフも挨拶や声掛けが増え
食器も気づいたら下げてくれます。
バケットがあたたかいのはかなりプラスですし、
雰囲気よくなりましたし、また通おうと思いました。

When I came for the first time in a few months, the bucket was warm and soft. Is it a coincidence? I thought, I asked for a refill, but this one is also warm. It's changed!
I ordered three kinds of mushrooms, Bolognese pasta.
The sauce is delicious with Enokitake.
I want you to make it a standard menu. I was surprised because I had never praised it as delicious here. Lol
The most unusual thing is the arrangement.

Also, I'm glad that the kitchen gave a loud greeting. It shouldn't have been an impression before.
Hall staff also have more greetings and voices

The warmth of the bucket is a big plus,
The atmosphere has improved and I thought I would go there again.

メニューが少ない時間にお邪魔しました。
この時間帯は空いているので、
メリットとも言えますね。
今回は、
・枝豆アンチョビガーリック
・ビスマルク(ピザ)
・ベーコン揚げナストマトのパスタ
・白ワイン
・アイスコーヒー
をオーダー。
枝豆は、お酒が進みそうな感じがします。
飽きずに一気に完食。ビスマルクは、温泉たまごと生ハム、トマトソースがいい感じに融合して美味しかったです。ちゃんと生ハムでした。パスタは、トマトソースと揚ナスが抜群に美味しかったです。
とても美味しかったので、今度はディナータイムに行きたいですね！

Completed at once without getting tired. Bismarck was delicious with a nice fusion of hot spring eggs, prosciutto and tomato sauce. It was prosciutto. The pasta was excellent with tomato sauce and fried eggplant.
It was so delicious that I want to go to dinner time next time!
