★ ★ ★ ★ ★ フレーム調整が下手。(なぜか上から目線の男性店員は下手というレベルではなく、能力がないと言わざるを得ない。(30分かけたにもかかわらず、持ち込んだ状態と変わらず、か以下。)
女性店員は本人は上手いと思っているらしく、頼んでいないところ(必要ない箇所)を勝手に動かされてしまい、結局何度も調整に通うはめに。女性店員の対応が丁寧であることだけが救い。フレーム調整には運と根気が必要。
Poor frame adjustment. (For some reason, I can't help saying that the male clerk who is looking from above is not at the level of being poor and has no ability.
It seems that the female clerk thinks that she is good, and she is moved where she isn't asking (where she doesn't need it), so she eventually has to go through many adjustments. The only thing that can be saved is that the female clerk's response is polite. Luck and patience are required to adjust the frame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他社で購入した眼鏡のレンズ交換を依頼。対応した店員は、「レンズ交換はできるが、交換作業中にフレームをお店が壊したら、ユーザが有償でフレーム料金を払わなければいけない」と言われた。腑に落ちないので、本当かどうか再度確認したが同じ返事。「つまり眼鏡市場で買った眼鏡以外は、修理できないということですか」と、問いかけたら、「そうです」という店員の回答。非常に不愉快な対応を女性店員から受けました。もう二度とお店に行きません。
Requested lens replacement for eyeglasses purchased by another company. The clerk who responded said, "You can change the lens, but if the shop breaks the frame during the replacement work, the user will have to pay the frame fee." I couldn't help it, so I checked again to see if it was true, but the same reply. When asked, "In other words, can't you repair anything other than the glasses you bought in the Megane market?", The clerk answered, "Yes." I received a very unpleasant response from a female clerk. I will never go to the store again.
