★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とにかく店舗内が綺麗です。入口には検温、除菌機設置とコロナ対策はもちろん、床、机、椅子、トイレ、全てピカピカで気持ちが良かったです。こちらで初めての車検でしたが、説明もきちんと丁寧にしていただいたのに、入庫から約１時間で終了。さすが速太郎という名前の通りと感心しました。会計も分かりやすく今までの車検よりリーズナブルに済みました。また次回もお願いしたいと思います。
 Anyway, the inside of the store is beautiful. At the entrance, the temperature was measured, a sterilizer was installed, corona measures were taken, and the floor, desk, chairs, and toilet were all shiny and comfortable. It was the first car inspection here, but even though the explanation was polite, it ended in about 1 hour from the warehousing. I was impressed with the name "Hayataro". The accounting is easy to understand and it is more reasonable than the conventional vehicle inspection. I would like to ask you again next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車検で利用しました。お店が綺麗で待ち時間にフリードリンクもあり、1時間程で終わったのでとても助かりました。作業途中で交換が必要な物などを実物を見せて説明頂き、納得した上でお願い出来て良かったです。
見積りの際に、最低料金とMAXかかる料金で見積り頂きましたが、あまり詳しくないので、最低限掛かりそうなもの(エンジンオイル交換等)も予め教えておいて頂けたらもっと良かったと思いました。

At the time of estimation, I asked for the minimum charge and the maximum charge, but I am not very familiar with it, so I thought it would be better if you could tell me in advance what the minimum charge would be (engine oil change, etc.).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回２回目の車検で利用させて頂きました。スタッフの方も丁寧で分かりやすく説明してくれます。いつも早くてありがたいです。
待合室も綺麗でフリードリンクもあり子供連れですとお菓子とガチャコインを頂けるので待っている間も快適です。

The waiting room is clean, there are free drinks, and if you are traveling with children, you can get sweets and gacha coins, so it is comfortable while you wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも車検メンテナンスでお世話になっており、今まで特に不満に感じたことはありません。
私自身も整備士なのですが、整備に関する説明やアドバイスも的確でわかりやすいですし、断れば無理な押し売りなどもせずこちらの意見もよく聞いて下さり、安心して預けられると感じます。
受付の方も電話応対もいいですし、面直もきちんとアイコンタクトがあって話しかけやすいと感じます。
店内も清掃が行き届いているし、基本的に予約制で混み過ぎる事がないため、いつも快適に待機できます。
I have always been indebted to the vehicle inspection maintenance, and I have never felt particularly dissatisfied.
I myself am a mechanic, but the explanations and advice regarding maintenance are accurate and easy to understand, and if I refuse, I will listen to my opinions well without making unreasonable sales, and I feel that I can leave it with confidence.
The receptionist and the telephone are good, and I feel that it is easy to talk to them because they have good eye contact.
The inside of the store is well-cleaned, and basically reservations are required so that it is not overcrowded, so you can always wait comfortably.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本日はこちらで買ったスズキワゴンRの一年点検。
予約もスムーズで対応もバッチリでした。
ただ、毎回こちらに来るときは荒天…?今日は予報になかった雪模様でした。
行動に制限が掛かるような雪ではありませんでしたが、雪混じりだったために寒かったですねぇ～。
しかしこの店舗は対応が本当に丁寧で、ズッとオイル交換も無料なのは本当にありがたいです。
一年点検も他社より安く、迷わず依頼できました。
今後も長くお願いしたい会社てす。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 当日予約で所沢新座店に問い合せたところ空いておらず、お電話の方がとても優しく機転が聞いてここに予約していただきました。
初めて来ましたが店内がとても綺麗で店員さんも感じがよく、またこちらに少しトラブルがあったにもかかわらず、嫌な顔ひとつせず優しく対応して下さり大変感謝してます。
また利用したいですが狭山ヶ丘は私のいる場所からは少し遠いため、次は所沢新座店さんにお邪魔してみたいです。

I would like to use it again, but Sayamagaoka is a little far from where I am, so I would like to visit the Tokorozawa Niiza store next time.
