★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As the other reviewer mentioned, although the product quality is good, the support is completely terrible. It takes weeks(!) to receive a quotation, despite most of my requests being a simple re-order of existing design, there is no communication of when the custom products are done or shipped. I found it much less hassle to order non-customized versions of these enclosures on monotaro, than dealing with takachi sales staff! Too bad for custom you have to email them.
