O	Ohara Sunny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ インターネットで購入したエアコンの工事会社でした。（エアコン工事の窓口で実際は別の会社が担当されているのだと思いますが。）ここの口コミを見て心配しておりましたが、受付担当して下さった女性の方はとても親切でスピード感があり、また実際に工事して下さった方も最初から最後まで気持ちの良い対応をして下さり、とてもありがたかったです。今後、また何かあればお願いしたいなと思う会社でした。どうもありがとうございました。 It was an air conditioner construction company purchased on the Internet. e	emk kid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネットで購入したエアコン工事。予定日前々日に受付担当の女性から確認の入電、事前に分かっている大まかな追加料金のお知らせ。予定日前夜に工事担当の男性から来訪予定時間帯の連絡あり。工事当日は16〜18時予定であったが、17時半に「遅れます」と電話あり結局19時過ぎに来訪。まずは室内外実調し必要な部材と金額を提示、そこから作業開始。作業中も必要であろう工程説明を示してくれながら養生しつつ進めてくれました。邪魔しちゃ悪いのであまり話しかけませんでしたが質問にも丁寧に応対してくれてキチンとした担当さんでした。片付けまで作業終了は23時を回ってしまいましたが、事前に提示してくれた通りの金額でお支払いしました。カード払も可能との事。初見の住宅で高額な家電を作業するなんて本当に大変な仕事だなあと感心するばかり。遅い時間まで本当にご苦労さまでした。来訪がさすがに遅かったので☆−１ですけど、忙繁期は客側も時間の余裕をもってないとですね。住宅に応じた追加料金も工賃含めて考えたら妥当かと。作業前に金額提示してもらったので納得できました。製品の入っていたデカ段ボールは、万一初期不良があった際には必要とのことで説明あり置いていってくれました。 Air conditioner construction purchased online.
