b	black ruler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ また東大宮に用事があり、ちょうど昼時だったので入店。以前近くのラーメン屋に向かおうとして、たまたま目にしていたので何となく気になっていました。入って直ぐ券売機と冷水機があります。何を選んだらいいか分かりませんでしたが、一番人気と貼られていた塩ラーメンを注文。平日の雨の日だからか、客は他に二人しかいませんでした。座って直ぐにラーメンが運ばれてきました。まずはスープ。ホタテの風味があって透き通っており好きな味ですが、少し塩気が強いような。メンマも濃い味です。麺は細めで硬さも程よくいいと思います。そしてチャーシュー。厚さ1cmくらいで分厚くて大きめ、割としっかり。煮玉子は見た目は白いけど、ちゃんと味は染みてました。総合的に好きな部類ですが、何というか一体感に欠ける気がして、少しもったいないなと思いました。 I also had a business in Higashiomiya, and it was just noon, so I entered the store.
