★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 焼き、水ともに餃子美味しいです。栗のチャーハンがお気に入りです。前を通りかかっても、やってるのかやってないか、わかりづらいですが、ちゃんと営業してます。
 Both grilled and water are delicious dumplings. I like chestnut fried rice. Even if you pass in front of you, it's hard to tell whether you're doing it or not, but it's open properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも空いているのかよくわからないお店ですが、勇気を出して入ってみました。
ランチもお安く、定食でザーサイ、スープ、杏仁豆腐がついてくるのはお得です。
味は皆さんの書き込みどおり美味しかったです。
また機会があれば行ってみたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大泉学園駅からシネコンT-JOY大泉へ行く途中の路地にある。
行きか帰りか、夕飯時間帯に当たった時に利用させてもらっている。
店名を冠した、水餃子の「福楽餃子」を注文…おっと、餃子には生ビールもね。
メニューの写真を見れば、小ぶりで５個と分かるし、連れ合いと二人だったので続けざまに具材の組み合わせが珍しいのが「牛大根餃子」。
他にも焼き餃子のニラ餃子としそ餃子などなど。味覚に変化を与えたい場合には「鶏唐揚げ黒酢餡かけ」等を注文するといい。
聞いた話、この店では注文ごとに餃子を包むと云うから、餡の具材によっては提供までの時間にかなりバラツキがありそう。
全ての餃子は皮も一緒のよう。水餃子にしては薄い皮にも感ずるが、餡が旨い。肉汁がすごいが、かなりの分量で肉のエキスのゼラチン状をプラスしてるに違いない。
とにかく、ひとつひとつが小さいのでいくらでも食が進む。
普通にひとりで５皿くらいいけるのではないか？
水餃子・焼き餃子で全１５種類。２人ならシェアして制覇も可能かも？
ただし、餃子以外のメニューは制覇してからにしましょう(笑
まぁ制覇するかは別として、餃子の最後に注文して欲しいのは「しそ餃子」。良い加減でしそが効いていて食後がさっぱりする。
他のブログで福楽門を「絶品！」と評したものを読んだ事があるが、全くの同意見。
〆に「ネギチャーシュー拉麺」を食べたが、こちらは餃子と違ってごく普通。スープも麺も特徴無し。ちょっと残念。

Ordered the “Fukuraku Gyoza”, the name of the boiled dumpling with the name of the store… oops, draft beer for dumplings.
If you look at the picture of the menu, you can see that it is 5 in a small size, and because it was a companion and two people, “Beef radish gyoza” is a rare combination of ingredients.
Other grilled dumplings such as leek dumplings and soba dumplings. If you want to change the taste, you can order "fried chicken with black vinegar sauce".
I heard that this shop wraps dumplings for each order, so depending on the ingredients of the bowl, the time it takes to be served may vary considerably.
All gyoza seems to have the same skin. Although it feels like a thin skin for a boiled dumpling, it is delicious. Meat juice is amazing, but it must be a good amount of gelatinous meat extract.
Anyway, as each one is small, you can eat as much as you want.
Isn't it normally possible to go about 5 dishes alone?
15 kinds of boiled and grilled dumplings. Is it possible for two people to share and conquer?
However, let's do it after conquering menus other than gyoza (laughs)
Aside from conquering, the last thing you want to order is “shiso gyoza”. With good control, the shiso works and refreshes after meals.
I have read Fukurakumon as "excellent!" On other blogs, but I agree completely.
I ate "Negishi Chushu Ramen" in a bowl, but this is different from dumplings. No soup or noodles. A little sorry.

お昼時のランチはボリュームも品数も満足。
レバニラは今まで食べてきた中で1番柔らかく臭みもない、美味しいです。鳥唐揚げの黒酢餡も美味しかった。また行きたいお店です！
Not expensive and delicious above all
The lunch at lunch is satisfying in volume and number of items.
Levanilla is the softest and most delicious of all I've ever eaten. The deep-fried black vinegared bean paste was also delicious. It's a shop I want to visit again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ このお店が出来てすぐの頃に数回行ったことがあります。何度目かに家族で行った時、食事の途中にぞろぞろ団体の予約客？が後から入ってきました。
こちらは座席数などもきちんと予約なら管理されて用意されていると思い食事を続けていると、店主の中年中国人があからさまに「早く帰れ」という態度になりました。
水を一分に一度よそいに来たり、空いた小皿を引ったくるように下げたり…。
足の不自由な祖母も食事を楽しんでいる最中でした。楽しい家族の記念日が台無しになりました。
それ以来二度と行っていませんし、この事実を地元の友人や知人に共有しました。おすすめできないお店です。
I've been to this shop several times right after it opened. When I went with my family several times, was it a group reservation guest in the middle of the meal? Came in later.
When I continued to eat, thinking that the number of seats was managed and prepared if I made a reservation properly, the middle-aged Chinese owner of the restaurant clearly said, "Go home early."
You can drop the water once a minute, or pull down an empty small plate.
My lame grandmother was also enjoying her meal. A fun family anniversary has been ruined.
I haven't been there again since then and shared this fact with my local friends and acquaintances. This shop is not recommended.

なのでこちらのお店にしたのですが…
ランチで餃子とチャーハン大盛りを注文しました。
餃子420円、チャーハン大盛り830円
合計1375円（税込み）
どちらも冷凍食品の方がまし…
どうしてもチャーハンが食べたかったので、楽しみにしてましたが本当に残念です！！！
